Dirk Treinen, the owner of Luxforge, dreamed of a revolutionary configurator for his company since 2016. But to realize this dream, a digital transformation had to be carried out first. The existing processes and system landscape would not have been able to support the possible success of the configurator. In addition, the existing technologies were not sufficient to guarantee the desired quality, process security and capacity.

While Luxforge optimized its digital processes, a dedicated team formed around Dirk. Raphael Felten and Joé Glodt joined the exciting project as programmers and process managers. In 2018, the team met Kaweh Bayatzadeh, the managing director of ET-Systems and Gold Partner of Asseco with the software APplus.

Luxforge chose APplus because it exactly matched the set goals. The web-based technology and the openness of the system allow for individual customization. In addition, the team around Kaweh Bayatzadeh impressed us with its comprehensive knowledge and willingness to carry out a knowledge transfer. The implementation started in 2020, accompanied by the idea of founding another company. Over a beer, Dirk, Kaweh and Joé designed the vision of MyPlus Solutions - a platform that was intended to help companies on their way to digital transformation.

While the focus was initially on Luxforge, significant progress was made:

• Successful introduction of the ERP system APplus
• Development of a time and material management app
• Integration of interfaces with accounting, PDM/CAD systems, CAM systems and the online shop
• Establishment of dashboards through a BI solution

In 2023, MyPlus Solutions was officially founded. The new company had already achieved its internal goals in the first year, thanks to the existing skills.

A significant milestone was reached in 2024: Luxforge, supported by MyPlus Solutions, launched its innovative configurator, which was fully integrated into the system landscape by MyPlus Solutions, on the market and won the innovation award in the craft sector in the category "Service".
